We often get questions about how we chart progress for each of our athletes when they are training with us over the long haul. In the weight room we chart progress with specific weights being used for each exercise along with a velocity tracking device @vitruvefit . For pitching, in this instance, we keep track of progress through active and passive external and internal rotation of the throwing shoulder with @motusglobal , in addition to all pitch metrics with @rapsodod...iamondsports . We are also able to track bio-mechanical markers such as the kinematic sequence and rotational velocities throughout the pitching delivery with @proplayai . Adding to the list of resources we also had a data analysis intern who is now at UC Santa Barbara @kaden.nguyen that was able to quantify our desired metrics and put them into visuals that are easy to digest/ understand.
