When we host school tours and programs, we get valuable help from our docents. So we decided to feature them once a week! On this Docent Tuesday, we'd like to introduce you to Sue Avila Here's a little bit about Docent Sue:... Years of service: 6 years Hometown: Riverside Why she volunteers at the farm: "I love animals and worked with kids for about 35 years as a preschool and kindergarten teacher." Favorite OC Fair food: Frozen bananas Favorite farm animal: Goats The most entertaining question she's been asked on the farm: "After visiting the pigs and talking about the different products from pigs (including old fashioned footballs), we visited the boar and one little boy asked if that 'stuff' hanging underneath was a football or basketball."
