Salesforce, San Francisco’s largest private employer, will permanently allow most workers to work from home for two or more days a week, a major shift that could dampen downtown’s economic recovery well beyond the pandemic. Long commutes are no longer a driving factor keeping homebuyers in to the #BayArea competing for million dollar homes in average condition. With the many companies adapting the now common employee work-at-home practice, combined with historical low int...erest rates, buyers are fleeing to the #Central Valley, #Elk Grove, #ranchocordova where newer homes can be found in the comfortably affordable $500k range. Our team is helping an increasing amount of Bay Area residents relocate into these areas. Providing private tours of properties and assisting with the mortgage financing. Let us help you with the transition out of paying high rent and into becoming a #homeowner. We are here to help you with the process of relocating to one of the many beautiful communities waiting you. Celi Montes, Broker Realtor of Pacificwide Business Group Inc. Here's what usually happens the week before closing, for the buyer: *Your mortgage lender will send you a "Closing Disclosure" a few days before the close. *Among other things, this disclosure shows how much the buyer has to pay in closing costs.... *The buyer will obtain a cashier's check in the amount stated in the disclosure. *In some cases, he or she might wire the money to the title / escrow company, instead of paying via cashier's check. It varies. *Buyers typically bring a copy of the homeowners insurance policy to the closing, or an insurance "binder." (Ask your lender what they require.) *In some cases, last-minute underwriting issues might also be resolved during the week before closing. But don’t worry because I will be #withyoueverystepoftheway!
