For those of you who are upset that you are unable to join the march on Saturday, please, remember, we’re in this for the long haul. There is A LOT of work that needs to be done. Please read this article from the Reform Movement about things we can be doing.

If you have been wondering what you can do to be an ally, then please come to this. I will be attending immeadiately following our Bar Mitzvah on Saturday. UPDA...TE #2: If you are concerned about Covid and feel hesitant about coming, please don’t feel bad about wanting to stay healthy. There are other ways to be an ally and be supportive. You can write letters to your elected officials, you can send checks to organizations that are effecting positive change, you can call out racism and microagressions whenever they happen. This isn’t about just one day, or one march. There is a lot of work that still needs to be done. UPDATE #1: Cong. B’nai Israel will be meeting at 9:30 AM this Saturday at Solomon’s to participate in the March. Bring masks, water, kippot, hand santizers.
