Friday night mood. It's been quite a week on all fronts. Fall can be crazy can't it? The second I got home I knew #viparitakarani was the medicine. #legsatthewall is a fantastic basic #restorativeyoga pose that is accessible to almost all. It helps to have a bolster or block to at least prop your hips on (or create this comfy T like I did here), but you can also do flat on the ground with no issues. May your sleep be restful tonight.
