Call for Photos! 'Tis the season to celebrate the hard work, effort, and successes of the hardworking, creative, and talented performers, artists, designers, techs, and volunteers of the Canyon Theatre Guild! In short, we want to celebrate YOU all in the upcoming Virtual Award show!... In fact, we hope to represent as many of our performers, artistic teams, and shows as possible. For that reason, the Goldies Committee seeks candid photography for the upcoming Goldies Virtual Award show. Send photos to [email protected]. Include the name of the photographers so that they can be credited appropriately. By submitting any material, the owner of the material grants the Canyon Theatre Guild rights of use for the Goldies presentation, including future publicity, advertising, or web content. All media needs to be submitted by this Sunday, September 27th, so don't miss the chance to be seen as we celebrate the 2019-2020 season!

Get ready for an autumn of fun! The Canyon Theatre Guild will be holding its homeschool and after school workshops ONLINE! Though we miss everyone and wish we could hold these sessions in person, we are exploring new ways to bring the flavor of live theatre to our community and youth. The world is a little dimmer this afternoon. One of CTG's finest left us recently, Mathew Swanson, shaking our theatre community to its core. As a theatre family, our heart goes out to his family and to all who have had the privilege of knowing him. Please read the message below from director Ingrid Boydsotn. "Dear Happy Days, Hello Dolly and You Can’t Take it With You families, I am broken hearted to share the news that our dear sweet Matthew has passed away. It is tragic b...eyond words. His family has asked that this message be shared with those who loved Matthew. I tried to contact as many as I could via email but this will reach more of you. Please forward to anyone else you feel should know. I'm sorry I couldn't tell you individually but I wanted you to have time to think about responding to his family if you are able.
