As it relates to the folks we swerve: There are cuts to Department of Developmental Services, both to Regional Center budgets, service providers & share of cost for families with more money. RC case loads will not decrease & back to uniform holiday sch. See pg. 68-69. for DDS info. ... Skilled nursing homes will get more money & IHHS services have some restrictions.
