She was able to do almost everything virtually, which was great. She was also very patient with us when we kept changing our minds about things and requesting revisions to the designs. The installers worked efficiently and got everything (two walk-in closets, one hallway closet, and laundry room cabinets) installed in less than a day. They took appropriate safety measures, including masks and post-installation sanitization) and did a great job overall. California Closets isn't the cheapest closet solution out there, but so far it seems like the quality of the closets is worth the money. We're very pleased with the outcome."
