Thank you to everyone who has joined us for our Series on Circle of Support for Latinx Mental Health Professionals. We wanted to continue our series this month to continue providing a safe/brave space to promote healing and resilience with the hope of sustaining ourselves and our work. Friday March 19th 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm... Register at www.myclpa org
Hello Everyone, **Please feel free to forward this email to any colleagues and agencies that would be interested in participating.** The California Latinx Psychological Association (CLPA) in partnership with the California Superintendent of Public Instruction invites you to participate in a survey with the goal of creating a statewide low-cost mental health services directory. The ultimate goal is to help minority students bridge the educational gap by helping them and their... families obtain access to needed mental health services. We are hoping to create an extensive directory that encompasses all counties in California. As such, we would appreciate you completing the survey and would also appreciate you sharing the survey with any agency that provides community mental health services. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MHSDirectory
Happy International Womens Day!!! #togetherwerise #internationalwomensday
"California State University, Fullerton is getting ready for #TitansGive! For 24 hours on March 9th (12 am to 11:59 pm), you will have the opportunity to donate to Counseling: Ánimo Latinx Emphasis. Ánimo is one of the few programs in the nation training bilingual and bicultural counselors at a public university. The first donations in the university will be matched by the University President. So, if you can log in at midnight, you could double the amount of giving. The link to donate is: https://titansgive.fullerton.edu/giving-day/33748. Once there click on Campus Programs and then select Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion. In the section called Area of Giving, type "Counseling: Ánimo Latinx Emphasis." Thank you so much for your support and please feel free to share with your family and friends!"
