FITT with Britt 11.01.2021

Life’s biggest milestones have often been documented and celebrated in socially grandeur occasions. Big parties with reception dinners and dancing, large social gatherings with restaurant reservations, booked flights for destinations festivities, etc. However 2020 had something else in mind. We felt that even in times of uncertainty there was one thing thing we were certain of. We were married on May 20, 2020 and it was the most incredible day together. We missed being able to have our wedding gathering with family and friends but it was a story book wedding in a stadium parking lot. @elioo99 #covidwedding @ Honda Center

Try this One Dumbbell Challenge from @jeremyscottfitness You are going to do 3 rounds and track your time. Grab a dumbbell, save, try and let me know how you do!! Split squat press (R) x25... Split squat press (L) x25 DB Jacks x50 Renegade row (R) x25 Renegade row (L) x25 Push ups x25 Predator Jacks x50 x 3 rounds I got 34:44 with a 20LB dumbbell. Scale your weight with your ability, but it was a tough one! I love the simplicity of this workout, no fluff.

600 rep challenge, tabata style. Set timer for 20 sec work 10 sec rest. You have 6 moves and you will count reps during the 20 sec of work, then you can test during the 10 sec. Once you hit 100 reps then move on the next movement. The timer is just a fun way to mix it up and ensure you are giving percent in that 20 secs.
