We are beyond blessed to have had the privilege of opening our eyes this morning, wouldn’t you agree? We are blessed to be alive, and to have the opportunity to start fresh with a new day, a new week. Just how our first meal of the day breaks our nightly fast and determines our bodies energy for the day, the first thoughts which we allow to fill our minds on Monday morning play a huge roll in how our week will play out for us.... If you spend the first moments of your Monday morning stressing out, rushing and thinking of how behind you are, your week will likely be equally as chaotic. But if you greet the very beginning of the week with intention and gratitude, consciously choosing to fill your mind with positive thoughts, you will set yourself up for major accomplishments and personal growth. Regardless of how yesterday ended, today has just begun, and now is the time to claim our power What morning rituals do you have which help set you up for a great week? It took me years to realize that the hardships I experienced in life happened for a reason. In time, it became apparent that every life event had its own unique way of either teaching me a life lesson or strengthening me for one in the future. One thing I didn’t realize at the time, however, was not only did these lessons benefit ME and provide ME growth, they had the capacity to benefit and provide growth to those I shared my experiences with as well. As individuals, we a...re STRONG, BEAUTIFUL, and BOLD. When we band together, we are unstoppable. When we share our experiences, we harness their power and make them work for us.
