Underground electric work at our whole house remodel project. We had to upgrade the electrical panel because the panel was undersized for a modern home and Tesla 60Amp car charger. The homeowner was plugging his 40Amp charger into the 240V for the laundry machine. Took forever to charge. His overall panel was only 100AMP at the time. Nothing was tripping but it is still considered a fire hazard. We are working with PG&E approved contractor, Rick Lewis, owner of Extreme Back...hoe to trench the street and manage traffic control. As a design and build firm, we collaborate with our architectural and structural engineering partners to understand what is are the existing conditions.
