Held a press conference today at my office to release shocking video footage of our client (15 year old student) being assaulted not far from the high school administrative office. She sustained a severe concussion and numbness in her arms. This is the 6th lawsuit we have had to file against the Yucaipa/Calimesa Unified School district for failing to take #bullying serious and inadequate security and ineffective suicide prevention policies. We also represent the family of #RosalieAvila. She committed suicide by hanging after relentless bullying at the same school district. #stopbullying #suicideprevention

An epic heavyweight match comes to an end yesterday at the San Diego Courthouse covered by COURT TV Former pro football star #KellenWinslowJR found guilty on one count of forcible rape but the jury was hung on 8 other counts. Had a blast yesterday attending my daughter’s annual dance recital at pristine Occidental College Her #hiphopdance team killed it! Super excited to be a part of a child’s #creative talent. Social change is work in progress such as a much needed assault weapon ban, a loosening of privacy laws to allow mental health records to be shared with law enforcement and gun distributors, use of K9 dogs and pharmaceutical companies being held responsible for misleading the public on the aggressive side effects of several drugs.
