After 6 days of prodromal labor at home keeping me up each night and baby’s position being ROP, I was physically and mentally exhausted. I couldn’t go another night with surges keeping me awake. It was a very difficult decision (and still is for me now) when we decided to transfer to the hospital at midnight. 21 hours later, baby went from ROP to LOP and finally to the sweet spot! Just 30 minutes of pushing and he was here! Much of that week was a blur, especially that night.
