COVID-19 UPDATE OCOTILLO WELLS The California State Parks system has closed the Ocotillo Wells site to all public, camping and riding. However, the surrounding BLM land has not been closed to our knowledge. Please visit the link below for more information. The Blu-In RV Park and Café is currently open and will remain open. We have implemented certain protocols, as published by the Imperial County Health Department, in an effort to keep our guests safe.
