Oftentimes, we don't pray because we don't know what to pray. And sometimes our prayers sound like begging, whining, or fearful. But we can approach God's throne with confidence. He has given us over 7,000 promises, and "for as many are the promises of God, in Him they are yes" 2 Corinthians 1:20 (NAS). Faith is being fully persuaded that God has the power to do what He promised. We can declare God's promises in thankfulness.
