Great review from Alexandria... "My cleaners, Litza and Xiomara were amazing! I had a 1BR that I had been living in for 2 years and needed a deep clean after moving out but before turning in my keys. They cleaned out my fridge which had spilled sauces everywhere, a microwave that had remnants of exploded food, and a tub which had some mildew around the edges that I could not wipe away myself no matter how hard I tried. I also have a lot of long, black hair that is difficult t...o vacuum up, especially with the building's long carpet. But they cleaned up the place so well and were so gracious about it (even when I was apologizing profusely for the mess I left them). We had a bit of a language barrier (I don't speak Spanish, and I think my English is hard to understand, especially with a mask on), but they were quick-thinking and pulled out their translator on their phone so they could answer my questions. My only qualms were with the dispatcher of BerryClean who told me they'd call me when the cleaners were on the way to my apartment (I had called and asked them to give me a call as I had already moved out of the apartment and needed to make my way there to let the cleaners in). However, I never received a call and cleaners arrived earlier than scheduled for (which honestly is probably a good thing for most, but I was caught off guard because I was expecting a call). But, I didn't want to ding the service a star just because Litza and Xiomara were awesome cleaners." See more
