An impact of Covid-19 is that there are unheard of deals to be had in Ventura, one of the most conservative counties in California. For example our office was able to get a felony VC 2800.2 charge (taking off when the police try to pull you over), which carries a maximum of 3 years in prison, reduced to a misdemeanor with 90 days jail time stayed and 3 years informal probation.
