It is a sales position whether you’re serving or working on new household production we are a sales organization. The key difference to our agency is we are a needs based sales organization so you have to be able to connect with people so they are comfortable and confident that you are their advocate not just trying to sell them products. Most people say they can sell and even believe they can until they are in the position. But here’s the thing. We have helped a lot of people when the unexpected happens in life.
