Transforming the ego A powerful and fast transformation takes place the moment we realise that when we are feeling any (even the slightest) inner resistance and negativity towards someone, WE ARE FEELING OUR OWN EGO’s energy. We are feeling the false self and we are feeling it through the other person. Just with that recognition that it is never the other but always ‘me’, that ‘I am always meeting myself’, all blaming stops. We are not getting deluded and tricked by the ego ...any longer thinking and believing that someone on the outside can possibly cause us an inner trigger and inner negativity. They can’t, they can only bring out the energy that is already part of us, an energy we got identified with and it unconsciously negatively effects all areas in our lives. The moment we take full responsibility for our inner state in every moment, we are becoming free of all negativity and we are shifting beyond the field of thought and emotion, into peaceful presence. But first we must recognise the energy, and then let it flow freely through us without trying to suppress it or fight it. It has to be allowed to freely pass through us. The ego’s energy feels heavy, and we often describe it as bad, unpleasant, terrible, unbearable, negative and just awful, and we treat it like I do not want this, which is resistance to ‘what is’ and wanting what isn’t here we are creating an inner conflict, more negativity and suffering for ourselves. The ego’s energy is not good or bad, it is just an energy that is ‘heavier’ than the pure energy of consciousness. We can always recognise it because it is everything but not light, peaceful and silently joyful, and with that recognition we are dissolving it and getting in tune with the pure energy of consciousness. Until we are ready to see that all inner triggers and negativity are not the other but always us, we can not become free of it and wherever we move, we keep meeting that negativity through different people. Until one day we are ready to see it and with that seeing release it. In that moment of ‘seeing’ we don’t blame the other any longer and we are grateful that they came to show us that we didn’t see in us. By recognising our own negativity and not blaming anyone for it, all relationships become harmonious and we don’t create any more conflicts and dramas. We may chose not to be with certain people and we remove ourselves from their company in peace, with no judgement, blame and negativity. The conditioned mind is always tricking us and makes such obvious and logical reasons why the negativity we feel is the other and we believe it. Going beyond beliefs is the way to true freedom and inner ease.

Hi ladies, There are many reasons why I choose not to get radiated breast exams a.k.a. mammograms, This is just ONE reason. These pictures are from someone’s recent thermography scan. The first one was taken in 2017 and the second one is from a few weeks ago. The progression that you see between the first set that are more green and the second set which are darker blue and purple show that there is "congestion" forming in the breast and lymph nodes. You can see the scal...e on the left side of the screen which shows it from lighter to darker. Let me explain why it is important to know the many stages to cancer. Congestion/inflammation around the area where a cancer tumor initiates begins like this. Your lymph nodes need to carry the toxins away from specific areas of the body in order to maintain health (doctors never address this and never look for it). When lymph nodes are slow or not functioning properly you get congestion/inflammation which allow toxins to build in this area. After a while, cancer cells will want to find a weak spot in the body and this is where they will find it but before Cancer tumors form they need a blood supply for the host tumor to live. Thermography does not only show the buildup of the toxins and congestion but it will also eventually show the new blood supply that will start to form in that specific area before a tumor is even seen. By the time you see a tumor from a mammogram or ultrasound it is too late, cancer has begun. Right now, due to the knowledge of this Scan she can take proactive measures to relieve the congestion/inflammation through lymph exercises and detoxification and in three months we will see what the results of that will be. People have asked if the Rasha is safe for children and pets. Last night our beloved Peet came in from the backyard barely able to move. He laid down and stayed in one position, when we tried to comfort him his whole body was shaking.
