Steam units are complicated machines--not just a chamber for boiling and turning water into steam! They have multiple systems, a computer board, etc., and require someone who understands how all these systems work together. This unit (pictured) was setup poorly, didn't drain properly and kept throwing error codes. It's always a good idea to think things trough before plunging in to repair someone else's botched job. Yikes!
