Hey everyone! So I am trying to get a head count of interested actors for Mary Poppins. I want to make sure we have enough actors to fill the roles in the show before we commit. Rehearsals would be in July with the show being August 3, 4 & 5.

Hello everyone First of all thank you so much for your patience! The Schrillo auditorium has had the power restored and all is well. We are going to go ahead and implement an alternate rehearsal schedule. I know that some of you may have other activities planned, and understand if you have conflicts and can't attend. ... We are going to rehearse tonight 12/7 in a classroom at the Schrillo Auditorium from 4:00-5:30. At 5:30 we will be doing stage-work (painting, decorating, and set-dressing) All are welcome to help work. We will be sharing the auditorium with a volleyball group so small kiddos will not be allowed to roam in the main area, but could hang backstage if you wish. Techies (Jordan, Pablo, Leah, Rachel, Ariana) will have a cue to cue on Friday 12/8 from 3:30-4:30. We will work on all set changes and set out chairs for the performance. Please note that there will be no run through at the town center on Saturday 12/9 as was on the calendar. On Dec 9 the call time is 5pm. Please have students all ready to go (hair and make-up and in costume) We will do a full run-thru prior to the doors opening at 7:00. The good news is that the kids have been doing very well during the previous rehearsals so I believe we are going to be in good shape. If you signed up for props or anything on the sign-up genius, please try and have the items to us by tomorrows tech cue to cue (4:30 is closing time for the auditorium) Thanks so much for your flexibility!
