We have spent many many days contacting as many of our clients as we could and so now it felt that it was time to make our Facebook community aware as well. We closed VERY quickly after Governor Newsom’s order was put in to place but waited to put it out here until we had contacted as many of you personally as we could. This is the message that I sent out to my clients. Please know that we love you all and can’t wait to see you again! My plan was to call each and every one... of my clients to tell you all this news...but I cannot get through it (no matter how many times I read it) without crying. So...please forgive this news in a text. (In this case On Facebook) Tina and I have worked extremely hard to create a safe and thoroughly sanitized salon in which to maintain our clients, one on one, as long as we possibly could. In light of the latest news casts for the north state regarding salons remaining open we have decided that the respect of our community is more important than remaining open. So it is with a very heavy heart that the doors of A Wild Hair will be closed until the Stay In Place order has been lifted. We love you all and the thought of not seeing you all each day has broken our hearts. Our plan during this time is to give our salon the facelift that we have wanted to from day one. So that is something we excitedly look forward to sharing with you all! Until we are allowed to see you again...Stay Safe! See more

I had so much fun with a new client yesterday morning. Her first words to me...I want my hair short, but longer on the top and wispies in front of my ears, but everyone that I’ve gone to is terrified of the clippers... No worries...I have no fear of the clippers! She LOVES it!!! So wish I had taken a before pic!

I love love love this cell phone case! Oh how I wish shop dogs were allowed in California! I could so see our clients simply loving one!
