Jam of the day !!! Ever since I was aware of this piece, in my late teens, I felt like I wrote that. It has always given me a deep feeling of familiarity, security, inner calm, and satisfaction.... Please enjoy this as you walk your dog, wash the dishes, practice yoga, anything that brings you peace and happiness.

Watch this at 00:27 for the audience reaction as they introduce me ! Backstory: I moved to Greece in 1991 for a five month gig ...I kept getting more gigs... I moved back to the states in 1998. During that period I lived an entire lifetime. I studied 25 words a day for the first 6 months and learned to read & write as well.... At first I was singing in clubs and shows, and of course drumming... eventually I got to play with some of the biggest names in the music industry; traveled literally all over the mainland playing concerts, and performed on more islands than most Greeks !!! Here I am with Sakis Rouvas live on a tv show (I was his personal drummer for 5 years). Another day in the office. See more
