This week has not gone quite as planned. We organized a bunch of activities and books to go with our community helper theme, along with the letter H and number 3! Well this week we've had kids out sick, too much fun playing, and well super fun adult stuff like taxes. I started to get stressed out when I realized it's ok. The kids have been enjoying playing outside. They were so thrilled to bring some "inside" toys outside and actually made sure to bring them back in . So today we are back at it. I promise pictures to share today!!!
If You Give a Dog a Donut week continues. The kiddos loved retelling the stpry using pictures. We made dog masks and donuts for the letter D. All this dog talk has the kids loving playing Vet! Bet you can't guess what the kids want if you give them a donut! Those will be sent home for a surprise!
Epic Fail on the pictures today! I was out getting this guy's cast on. Mrs. Brooke and Mrs. Jessica held the fort down while I was gone! Promise we will be back at it today!
Today we enjoyed reading If You Give a Dog a Donut, investigating the number 3, and making donuts! We also had a blast building ramps.
Today we read a special book Goldy Luck and the Three Pandas. The kids are very interested in Chinese New Year which is tomorrow. We had fun recognizing the letter V and #2 as well. Mrs. Brooke and I helped the kiddos make dragons out of cupcake liners. Looks so much easier on Pinterest

We made patterns with candy hearts and had fun with the #2. Mrs. Brooke even made a cute valentine with the kids. I didn't take many pictures today because I was deep into book keeping definitely prefer hanging with the kiddos! I promise more pics tomorrow!
Fri-Yay! Fun with letter C! We have a variety of ages so some pages look different than others. We also worked on the number 1. Special Valentines cards with Mrs. Brooke! Special surprise on the inside! Also the bigger kids enjoying some quiet fun building with Magna Tiles! I forgot to take pics of the kids in action! Must be this amazing weather or because its Friday!
