Apex SUPER Ninja training (ages 4.5 through 12 years) is all about climbing, jumping, flipping, kicking, swinging and more! These coed classes for young children leverage basic gymnastics skills (tumbling, bars, trampoline) with obstacle courses (climbing, flipping, swinging and jumping). The goal is building strength, coordination and discipline in a safe, fun, exciting environment. We cannot wait to see your ninja at our gym!
