Do you know someone who may benefit from group therapy? I am currently starting an interpersonal process group (check it out!) for those invested in personal development and open to the power of group to heal.

At the end of 2019, I became a Certified Group Psychotherapist, meeting the International Board for Certification of Group Psychotherapists' "criteria of education, training and experience in group psychotherapy." Group therapy has been a passion of mine ever since sitting in my first groups as a brand new therapist. The potential of groups to support individuals in healing their relationships to self, others, and the interdependent communities in which we live inspires me daily. I'm honored to have obtained this certification, and look forward to many years of holding space for groups!
