Starting on my next Laura Heine collage quilt. I must confess I have the Hen in process (to go with the rooster I recently finished), but I am going to do the Octopus next! I just watched the Octopus Teacher, an excellent Netflix documentary by Craig Foster, a renowned undersea and nature photographer. It is the story of his year-long friendship with an octopus in the South African kelp forest. It was so inspiring and I would highly recommend it. After seeing the movie, the octopus collage quilt has now moved to the top of the list and I am starting on it today!
