Amador County Model Railroad Museum

Greetings all, even thou we are closed for renovations the trains will be running today only for a few hours from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If you would like to stop in during that time your more than welcome if you would like to join our team and be a part of the renovation project please do were always taking members. Also we will be present thought the week and on weekends at the museum, so if you would like to stop in and see all the action please do.

Greetings all, The Amador County Model Railroad Museum is closed for building renovations. We have a lot of projects that we will be working to complete. We will be present over the next several weeks if you would like to stop in to see the work being done or to talk trains with us please do. The museum will open back up around mid February 2021. We will also be having a board/membership meeting on Thursday, January 7th at the museum at 5:00 PM all public are invited as we like to keep our information shared with all.

Greetings all, I keep getting this topic so I will inform you all, the Museum when were open is free admission all the time we open up during the week for special events by request we are a 501 (c) 3 Non Profit museum, we do however accept cash donations and we do accept model train and railroad related donations. If you have anything railroad related or model train related and would like to have it on public display please send us a message anytime day or night. We will be open this Saturday we will have our Polar Express train running and we will have cookies and soda as well. we hope to see you all soon :-)

Greetings all, The museum will be open this Saturday December 26th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However we will be closed Sunday December 27th thru February 20th. We have some building renovations that we need to do. If we don't see you this Saturday from our family to yours we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year.
