When you miss a hand off the beam on a backhandspring back tuck and hit the beam, and get bruised up on many parts of your body. But you stay strong and keep working not because you are asked to (which she wasn't) but because you show an amazing amount of strength, perseverance, fortitude, resilience, and work ethic. That is a GYMNAST! Way to be amazing Kaitlyn, may you always keep the smile and show your younger teammates what it is to keep on going in the midst of hardship. Way to be a role model for Flips. Coaches Amanda and freddie have brought some keychains, bookmarks and tree scenes to the gym if you would like to purchase any, all under $20, can be customized also. Ask the office or Amanda and Freddie after class to show you.

Here is our new Novemver schedules starting monday october 26th. Lots of changes and added classes. Still with low ratios for atudent to coaches.

Fundraiser for Flips: Coach Freddie and Amanda are think about hosting a small craft fair at the gym in December to help fundraise for the loss of revenue throughout the last 7 months. It will either be saturday or sunday in the first 3 weeks of December. This will be a great opportunity for Holiday gift buying. If you would like to set your own craft table up please email us at [email protected] for more information. If you would like to be involved let us know what date you prefer and what type of items you create and would like to sell, as well as a price range. Thank you so much. Strict mask requirements, social distancing and sanitizing will take place. For example we make twisted wire art, resin crafts, paintings, etc... here are some items we create all for under $20

In honor of one of our amazingly sweet Bronze girls Alyssa Estrada. This ribbon is for you. She has Alopecia, and she is always so nice to her fellow teammates and they are in return. SEPTEMBER was her awareness month.
