Oversight Committee Hearing on Planned Parenthood. I felt as if I was in a bizarre, alternate universe.

California Assembly bill AB 775, the Reproductive FACT (Freedom, Accountability, Comprehensive Care and Transparency) Act. dealing with regulating crisis pregnancy centers has just passed the Assembly Health Committee in a 12-5 party line vote. It will be heard next in Judiciary on 4/28. Looking good for passage. Initiated by NARAL Pro-Choice California. Both CA RCRC and the Western Methodist Justice Movement (WMJM) have endorsed the legislation. Very important bill since many of these centers are sponsored by churches all around the U.S
