Good morning! It's a beautiful day in Long Beach! We'd like to congratulate our students who tested on the last Black/Brown Belt test of 2020! We'd like to recognize our new Black Belt, Troy Robinson who after graduating from Z-Ultimate University is now Sensei Troy. And our two Junior Black Belts who formally earned their solid Black Belts, Matthew L and Paul L. Both of whom will be begin volunteering at the dojo in the new year as they start on their path to becoming instru...ctors one day. We were honored by Grandmaster Taylor with a double promotion for our own Emily Timberlake. Double promotions are EXTREMELY rare and while we knew she is incredibly talented, it was a wonderful surprise to see her recognized this way. We have a talented bunch of new Brown Belts, several who will be testing for 1st Degree Black next year. It's a rare honor to be one of the custodians of our kempo system and to be a part of the growth of those who will continue the tradition.
