Zombie House

Now it's time....to say goodbye...to all our company Z-O-M...B-I-E...H-O-U-S-E.

We are getting close to saying goodbye to the house. The lot will be empty for about a year as plans continue, drawings completed, approved, contractors bid, etc. Maybe the empty lot can house a food truck? Pop-up store? Thoughts? Ideas?

It's been a long year for Zombie House. The chance to save this house was lost with the former tenants and owner. The City Council has graciously approved our request to demo the structure and rebuild. It was a tough decision for all. Stay tuned....not sure what is next yet.

Great News! We received approval from the Planning Commission for our exterior improvement plans. On to the Building Department for the rest of the approvals. Stay tuned!
