Today we take our maple syrup / bourbon blend that’s been aging in oak chips and vanilla bean for 6 weeks and reduce it - cooking off most of the booze from the bourbon and some water. Tomorrow we add it to our 11% imperial stout. Some serious #scentertainment goin on right now. #homebrew
