This one is a must have!! Pride of Madeira Hazy Double IPA with Mosaic and Strata 8.4% abv These beautiful purple flower filled plants have sprung up to mark the end of spring. In their honor we've brewed a tasty fruit forward Hazy DIPA. Very pale in color and fermented with an expressive yeast that interplays with the Strata and Mosaic hops to bring notes of strawberry, sauvignon blanc, tart citrus, and exotic jungle fruits. This brew is hands down one of my favorites of all time just perfectly balanced and she gets the buzz just right. See you at 4pm

Hey! We collaborated with our good buds from Cellarmaker! Laughing Club - West Coast IPA with Strata, Riwaka, and Citra 7.3% abv For our latest collaboration, we’ve been blessed to have some of our long time friends from Cellarmaker come through to make a deliciously dank and tropical West Coast IPA. A combination of goopy Citra hop oil and Strata hops on the hotside lay a pungent foundation. We dry hop it with more Strata and some Riwaka bringing a big punch of passionfruit..., green grapes, pineapple, and tangerine. Extra pale in color, clear, crisp, and popping hard with aromatics. West coast is the best coast,right on ! We are thrilled to host a collaboration with @cellarmaker @pacificabrewery. It’s always a good time when breweries support each other . Rubbing Eldos Double IPA with El Dorado and Mosaic 8% Finally, the term rubbing elbows is becoming relevant once more! We brewed this double IPA with loads of El Dorado hops (see what we did there?) and some Mosaic to round it out. El Dorado is notoriously very orangey and it really pops in this beer with massive fresh sliced vibes. Notes of orange soda, tang, pineapple, and passionfruit. Finishes full bodied with lingering fruity hop deliciousness. Like I said our double IP...A is the perfect pairing for our new amazingly delicious teriyaki glazed Half Moon Bay King Salmon limited addition . We heard king salmon season will be short this year!
