Hope you can join us in writing letters to these adorable penpals during this time. Let them know that they are cared about and send them as much love as possible.

UPDATE ON TRAVELING LIBRARY FOOD DISTRIBUTION & CITY HALL CENTER/FOOD PROGRAM The Traveling Library Team and I would like to give a huge THANK YOU TO THE GUSTIN...E ELEMENTARY SCHOOL for standing up and answering the call to help keep the food box distribution going. 300 boxes will be given away to families during the schools breakfast pick up and all remaining boxes will be distributed to the elderly and those in need. To date the fiscal impact from the work we have been doing and thanks to AG Link & Ledesma Farm we have given out over $20,000 dollars worth of produce to families in Gustine, Santa Nella, and Newman and 2000 free meals! We are still waiting to hear back from the Gustine City Hall on if they are going to let us use the Al Goman Center so we can go back to helping a larger amount of families from our area and surrounding. We are also waiting to see if they will take us up on our offer of working together to feed families in town since they are attempting to start their own food program which will be needing community support like the Fireworks currently are. Hopefully by working together we can help them start their program and continue doing the work we have been doing with them joining us now and they can direct all fundraising support towards the fireworks and focus on one thing with the resources they currently have and we can use the ones we have to keep doing ours.
