It's essential that a team works well together. Team dynamics should always include mutual respect and in the case of healthcare providers- professionalism. I've often talked about the "calm" code verses the "crazy" code. In an astounding majority of codes I have attended, thousands, the calm codes are the best outcome for the patient. Always remember to push hard and fast. At least 2 inches with full chest recoil and at a rate of 100 to 120. Do compressions only (hands only) unless you have a barrier device. Learn more about CPR and get prepared for summer/swim season. Be a Lifesaver.
