Hi everyone It’s been a while! So much going on with the virus, being closed and losing my pops. (thank you for all the kind words) Me and Fidel are motivated ...to jump back in and start offering some good food for our loyal guests. Next weekend we will be selling family meals, Saturday and Sunday. It’s going to be fun, I love customers and appreciate them so much. This upcoming menu is coming next week, each week we will add a few new dishes. I’ve been doing so much cooking the past several weeks.. These yfc deviled eggs is made with Tuna, egg and goodness. It will be offered by the dozen. Chicken Sierra Madre salad Salmon salad Our delicious smoked tri tip and chicken family deal. (you’ll see the smoker trailer at Blackstone by Tuesday. Our 1 seller Chile Verde Tri tip chili Menudo Posole Good old fashion Chicken fried Steak and country gravy. Get Ready! I will be sharing a little video next week as we prepare our recipes.
