I am taking Vitamin D3, C, and Zinc, now I will add Quercitin. I am also taking Chlorophyll-Oxygen for the oxygen boost, Turmeric-BlackPepper for my arthritis, my Multivitamins, and adult Probiotic. Additionally I take, Blackcurrant-Lutein for eyes, CoQ10+RedYeastRice for cholesterol, HyaluronicAcid-Collagen for skin & bones. I think I'm doing a good job of having a #PREVENTIVEHEALTHLIFESTYLE. You should be doing this, too! FYI- I have never had a flu shot, and only get the flu every 4-5 years, for a week. #stayhealthy
