Cities covered include: ...Sacramento, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, North Highlands, Antelope, Orangevale, Rancho Cordova, Rio Linda, Folsom, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Auburn, Elk Grove, Lodi, Davis, West Sacramento, Woodland, El Dorado Hills, Jackson, Placerville, Yuba City Physical Therapist Job Description: Provides physical therapy at the patient’s home according to the plan of care signed by the physician Assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status of the patient Evaluates home environment Assess for muscle strength, mobility, gait, ROM Instruct patient and/or family member/caregiver in the use and care of therapeutic appliances and DME Determines priority needs for physical therapy Report to physician patient’s reaction to treatment and plan of care Physical Therapist Position Requirements: Baccalaureate Degree or Master’s program in Physical therapy approved by California Board of Physical Therapy California license to practice physical therapy Current driver’s license in good standing Current CPR Good verbal and written communication skills Able to do electronic documentation Driving from patient to patient is required Benefits: Highly competitive salary Medical, dental insurance 401K Paid time off: vacation, holidays, sick Optional company car (full-time)
