We don’t use fit grid anymore. Instead there are FOUR possible ways of entering a virtual class! So stop looking for those links! First step is signing up for class. 1. Every confirmation email when you book class has a link to your class. ... 2. You will now get a reminder one hour before class via email that will also contain the link. 3. Join class via our APP Yoga Loft Manhattan Beach. Click on my schedule and click JOIN CLASS. If you’re joining late you will need to click past services to join the class since it already started. 4. It’s hard to believe it’s almost been a year since we’ve been together. It’s even harder to believe that it’s two years to the day since Greg and I took over Yoga Loft. I've had some moments of deep grief in the past week, missing the buzz of people in the studio, the sunset classes, the packed Saturday morning when we find room up front for just one more mat. You don't know what you got till it's gone When we pivoted to virtual yoga we didn't know if it would work. We are g...rateful that our community here in MB has pivoted with us. And doubly so that it has brought many from afar back to home. Many have asked when we anticipate a return back in the space. While I don't have the answer, I am hopeful that we are turning a corner. But even when we are back in our beautiful studio our virtual classes will continue. I'm using this time to not only prepare for this new hybrid model of in studio and virtual class, but also taking the time to recognize that out of one of the biggest storms of life that I want to cherish the in person moments, pause during every sunset, savor slowing down, hug more, and love out loud. We're not out of this yet. The work we offer every day are techniques that will help set your spirit (and body) free. I know how hard it is to commit to yourself, but hang in there. You got this!
