We feel your pain, literally because we're back open all day Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings! In preparation we have made further adjustments to our clinic to better facilitate health and safety. They include: - Reorganizing the reception room for hygiene and social distancing. Patients are also encouraged to wait in their car if we are not able to admit them in yet. - Reorganizing the treatment rooms to provide more space. - The addition of face shields to ex...isting staff PPE. - Pass through air flow from both ends of the clinic and a constant running HEPA filter. These are on top of our already vigorous disinfecting and changing of clean sheets. In order to set up appointments though we will need our patients to please note the following: All who enter the clinic must wear a face mask. During this time we ask that only patients needing treatment enter except for special circumstances (i.e. guardians and caretakers). We will be conducting a temperature check and COVID-19 screening questionnaire at the door. If you are sick, or suspect you have been exposed to someone who is sick prior to your appointment, please let us know. Thank you for your understanding and support. Dear patients, due to the extension of the shelter in place we will unfortunately remain closed for acupuncture and massage therapies until at least 5/3. Good news is if you need herbal prescriptions, we can still help via tele-medicine and no contact pickups at the clinic! Just message or email us. Natalie has also created immune boosting herbal formulas. Bonus is they don't taste terrible at all, however they ended up selling out faster than we expected. We have been worki...ng on procuring more herbs, but just like toilet paper and sanitizer, some herbs have been hard to get. If you would like to reserve some, just let us know and we'll keep you in the loop. Finally, Natalie will be sharing some specific exercises that she uses herself to help relieve tension and restore proper form. Look out for it in the coming week! Per the Shelter in Place Ordinance, we will be closing the clinic starting tomorrow 3/17 and tentatively plan to reopen on 4/8. We regret not being available to provide care for our patients, but on a positive note, this is great time for everyone to get some (probably much needed) extra rest and exercise, a healthy boost for our immune system. Dear patients, In light of the recent events regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we would like to take a moment to reassure you that we take your health and safety seriously. Our treatment rooms undergo a thorough disinfection after each use and linens are changed out. Outside of treatment rooms frequently touched hard surfaces are disinfected around the clock. Staff properly wash their hands and use personal protective equipment. And as always, we only practice proper clean ne...edle technique. To continue to provide care for those that need it we are maintaining our normal business hours. We will continue to monitor the situation day by day to determine our action forward.
