Compensation: The position has a base salary of up to 2,000 per month (based on experience) with unlimited commission. Most sales reps will earn six-figures if they are willing to put in the work. Requirements: Must be coachable. While this is solar, what we offer is unique to our company. You will learn a new approach to selling solar and you will have the opportunity for unprecedented success. Must have reliable transportation. If you are successful, we will provide you with a company car, but you have to earn it. Until then, you will need to have a good car. Must be willing to knock on as many doors as it takes. You will be able to knock in areas that have not had the ability to go solar in years, but with our new program, they can. That means that you won’t have to knock on the same doors that have been burnt out. Must sell a minimum of two deals per month. If you put in the work, you should sell much more than that. Permit department hours in Mission Viejo 9:00 am-noon/. 1-2:30pm

With this installation team we could install in one day, but because some cities have to inspect the mounting system for systems over 10kwp, it will take probably 3 days!! Tomorrow we will continue.
