We hope that this Thanksgiving finds you well, warm, and comfortable. So many really bad things have happened to our people in 2020, that we are all hoping, praying, looking forward with guarded anticipation, to a new and better year come January. We are still talking with those who were interested in our Counterpoise Engine back in January, mostly trying to figure out travel plans for their visits. Several of our great shareholders and a few of our representatives have had a struggle with the COVID and come out this side alive and well. This we have to be thankful for, among all of our own personal blessings!

Tonight, I am saddened, and must tell all of you, that we have lost a very good friend of WolvertonBailey! William (Bill) Matz, went to be with his Lord this morning! For many months I have witnessed his steadfast confidence that he would be back to work in a short time. Bill served as an advisor to the board at WBI, bringing both his expertise in Business Law and Tax Law.... Many of you were able to meet Bill, as he volunteered to travel with me to demonstrations of the engine and business meetings on a regularr basis. We will be posting a tribute on the WolvertonBailey.com site tomorrow so that you may know just how talented and dedicated Mr. Matz was and how he introduced us to so many of his circle of friends. - Del -

* 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF OUR COUNTERPOISE ENGINE PATENT * WolvertonBailey received the US Patent for the Counterpoise Engine on July 7th 2015, in just five years since receiving the patent, we have: ... Designed a "proof of concept prototype"; Built the prototype in our facility; Demonstrated the viability of the design; Attached a Generator to measure the power potential; Metered the fuel efficiency; Accumulated data to show that we have success; Designed a "pre-production hybrid prototype"; Additionally, in the last year, distracted by fires, we have completed; Licensed Counterpoise Energy, Inc. for the development of Power Systems; Received a 2nd US Patent on our Hybridyne Power Generator; Licensed DAT, Inc to use the Hybridyne technology as "Protious Charger"; Built a 4 Cylinder Engine prototype for each of the licensees; Received IRS approval (tax exempt) status of WolvertonBailey Foundation; Received Calif. Approval for WolvertonBailey Foundation per IRS; 2020, amidst the difficulties of the Corona Virus, working from home, we; Moved our Offices to Windsor, Ca; Moved our model shop and equipment to Roseville, Ca; Tested and verified the 4 Cylinder engine prototype 2.0 successfully; Signed with a Representative in Italy, to work with European customers; Attracted the attention of some additional VIPs (more later); Closed a deal with Taurus Model Engineering to represent us. Added two very important White Papers to our accomplishments. Demonstrated the prototype to many consultants; Most important, we are an excellent team, have achieved everything on our timeline, and the future is looking blessed! - Del -

Here we are at Dave's out door laboratory, doing a little show of the Hupp version of a Propane (or LPG) Counterpoise Bi-Radial Engine. This video session was mainly to capture enough views to satisfy a very interested party.

Another quick visit to Dave's home to shoot some video and take the "baby's temperature! Oh! and have some of Sally' home made tacos with Don and Janis.
