Physique UPDATE** and little rant ''It's easy for you, it's your life, you must have alot of time '' I hear this alot , it must be easy for you to stay in shape because you're a trainer. ... I live the same life . I have the same temptations ( the other day a friend came over had chocolate and i literally just listened to the wonderful sounds of chocolate breaking down in her mouth. goodness i almost broke ) I have a coaching business that keeps me busy with training / consults / messaging everyone ( which takes the longest ) I have no days off. no weekends off. Still working Saturday/Sundays i am LUCKY to be back home by 3pm. I usually get home on the weekdays by around 830pm but don't eat dinner until 930pm because i'm busy calling, replying back to all messages. I'm texting, messaging, checking up on people when i am not training. I'm running the marketing , Facebook ads, creating content. I am sending out paperwork, double checking appointments, creating meal plans, writing custom home workouts here is an example of someone's plan '' 14 push ups CTF before starting workout ( no pausing ) Squat 95lb x7 every 2-3 minutes for 3 rounds If you go with the machine one go with a total of 90lbs Bench 75lb x 7 every 2-3 minutes for 3 rounds Bent over row 75lb x 6 every 2-3 minutes for 3 rounds ( do with adjusted grip everytime) RDLs 50lb x 10 - every 2-3 minutes for 3 rounds ( this time with pauses for all sets ) biceps 12.5lbs x 10 ( squeeze 3 seconds) - every 2 minutes 3 rounds skull crushers 15lb x 10 every 2 minutes 3 rounds '' Notice I tell them the exact weight for them, the exact reps for them Home workouts are not general, they are specific for those on my '' Year of Change Plan '' Despite the busy life i have where i am working 7 days a week. I MAKE time to workout. Sure it would be easy to just skip workouts cause I'm tired. Sure it would be easy to just get fast food and eat for convenience and skip meals. Sure it would be easy to just go out with friends eat what I wanted to. But I don't.Results come when you MAKE time. Life will always be busy. you can't push a pause button o

WHO'S DOWN 60LBS?! GINA IS!!!! So so proud of you Gina! still remember your first day sitting in front of me. i'm really glad you were convinced to join!! and since then we've never looked back! always to the future. Gina can now fit into her daughter's clothes!!! and goal is to be in the BEST shape ever of her life. She had her ups and downs here, injured shoulder, knee , plateaus but always pushed forward to break those plateaus, to workout despite shoulder injuries / knee injuries. that's how winning is done!!

Meet Beatrice! she is now down 20lbs!!!! She's been taking action of her health and fitness. Eating healthy, exercising regularly to build her immunity! Getting stronger each day and time. I am very proud of you Beatrice! :D she checks up with me regularly and continues to make progress. 30 DAYS OF BEING ON TRACK UPDATE! ( halfway there ) 30 days ago, after gaining about 10lbs from my Birthday, Christmas, and holidays. I made a video about setting Deadlines,Goals, and Rules and how very important it is to do so to either get out of a rut, get back on track and just overall make a change again!... My rewards is going out for dinner that day with loved ones and one of my rules to keep me accountable is announcing it to the world and posting updates. Find what keeps you accountable. Everyone is different. Starting : 163lb 14% BF Now : 157lb 9% BF ( yes! into the single digit bodyfat! ) Happy Wednesday Friends! stay on track! and stay focused!

About 3 weeks now of staying on track and plan another 7 to go until deadline is met . Setting deadlines are very important they keep us consistent and focused. 159lbs here at about 10-11% body fat .
