Patient centered right @surgical_gourmet ? 31 yo female presented with a fractured tooth #4, that was deemed non-restorable by her dentist. Tooth was extracted and @nobelbiocareus Parallel Conical Connection 4.3 x 10 with excellent primary stability by engaging the cortical base of the maxillary sinus. Impacted teeth were extracted, cysts removed, and lower sites were bone grafted. Excellent bone fill around adjacent involved roots/teeth. . #andweareback Patient presents for fixed implant supported solution. Patient is retrognathic and likely needed orthognathic surgery when he was younger. He only had a few teeth left on the lower with poor prognosis. #allon4 procedure completed with extracting the remaining teeth, bone reduction, 4 mandibular implants @nobelbiocare placed. @picdental scan by @naturalikedental. All completed in less than 4 hours. Then patient went home to recover and rest. Patient from Oklahoma congenitally missing #10 came to our office specifically for a #zirconia implant as she could not find a provider in her area that would provide it. She needed a #bonegraft using allograft and PRF with collagen membrane by @ossix_by_datumdental #ossixplus. 8 months later she’s ready for he...r implant. NobelPearl by @nobelbiocareus was placed with good stability. Autogenous bone and #ossixvolumax used to augment the facial aspect. Now we wait for integration for the next few months. .
