No matter when we have experienced a loss, it can be healing to come together with others in our community to remember and honor our loved ones with music, poetry and memories. Join us for our free digital series, Loss and Isolation, every Thursday from 2:30pm-3:30pm. This series is a group centered on loss experienced during, or prior to, this season of isolation. This group serves as a way in which we can support and tend to each other through these uncertain times. Wilshire's Living with Dying Community Retreat is coming up this December 18th from 9am-11:30am! (You must register to attend) As we experience this time when simply living every day is full of new challenges, it might seem strange to look deeper and more meaningfully into our mortality. How we think about death can have a significant impact on not only how we die, but how we live. Living with Dying is a time for exploring ways to reimagine the ways we think about the end of... life. This online retreat will be an exploration of how we imagine dying and a journey into the potential richness at life’s end. What can ancient wisdom teach us about dying more soulfully and consciously? How can the awareness of our eventual death deepen and illuminate the lives we’re living?
