We are starting our new tasting menu tonight, "Paris, Texas" come in this week and enjoy, celery root soup with ham hock rilettes, smoked herring escabeche, seared diver scallop with smoked trout roe, duck confit with smoked lentils and roasted sweet potato pots de creme. Only $55, wine pairings $30

Lunch special Friday. BBQ fried bologna sandwich. Yellow mustard slaw and house made potato chips. Come early, they'll go quickly.

Tomorrow for beer week we are doing Alaskan smoked porter braised pork cheeks with duck fat roasted potatoes. Plus we have two vintages of the smoked porter. Come and get it one night only.
