Last nights classes killed it. Here is a small video from last night. We do a combination of indoor and outdoor workouts. When we do go outdoors, everything is 6 ft apart so no mask needed. Only when you go inside a mask is needed. Everything is still 6ft apart inside but Californian mandate requires masks inside. Of course everything is sanitized after each person uses it.

Body Evolution indoor training schedule. Classes are both indoors and outdoors. In November we will be adding morning classes on Monday7:00am & 8:30am. More classes will be coming soon as well. Thank you for all of your support!

We are officially open!!! Here is what to expect when you book a class at Body Evolution. -individual workout stations -individual cleaning supply -no shared equipment -everything sanitized before and after class ... -masks on while indoors. -6 ft social distance between each station. Looking forward to getting a lot of you back. Let’s continue to stay safe and healthy together. Remember if your not feeling well or have been around people that are sick, or if you have travel outside the country please be safe and reschedule your class. We all need to keep each other safe.
