River City High School swim team begins! As of February 22nd RCHS swim team will be practicing until 5:45pm. Evening Lap Swim times are 6pm & 7pm. See you all at the pool!

Ready to get back into a fitness routine in 2021? The Virtual Fitness Challenge is just what you are looking for. During this 6-week challenge, our Fitness Challenge coaches will give you the accountability you need to become consistent in your fitness routine. Not perfect, but noticeably better! For those of you that recognize that location, it's the childcare closet! Missing those kiddos and staff so much!

Registration opens Wednesday, October 14th Join Parks & Recreation and City of West Sacramento (COWS) mascot Mooie Armstrong for a safe and thril...ling drive-thru Halloween experience with our FREE Safe Trick or Treat Street! A variety of themed stations for families to enjoy will accompany residents on this drive-thru Halloween course. Saturday, October 31st from 2pm-4pm Entrance at the intersection of Linden Road and Raider Lane (Behind Target and the back of the River City High School fields). This is a FREE event! Registration opens Wednesday, October 14th Be sure to RSVP in advance online to ensure we have enough treats for each vehicle and to help us facilitate traffic. RSVP also includes eligibility for Best Decorated Car* prizes, original Halloween and Mooie inspired coloring pages for a coloring contest, and sweet treats. The Safe Trick or Treat Street course is around 5-10 minutes, but be sure to allow time to arrive and leave safely with waiting periods. During the drive-thru all participants will stay inside their vehicles. *Decorated Cars: For safety reasons, we will offer a car decoration staging area near the beginning of the course and a removal area near the end. Please do not drive on the main road with decorations. Traffic Safety laws still apply.
